Caribbean Sunfire is a handcrafted hot sauce built on a traditionally fermented base of manzano peppers, onions, garlic, and shallots. After fermentation, roasted pineapple, toasted coconut, aromatic kaffir lime leaves, and Brazilian pink peppercorns are blended in to create a sauce with exceptional tropical depth, complexity, and balance.
Sweet roasted pineapple provides the first impression before toasted coconut adds a rich island-inspired character. Bright kaffir lime leaves contribute vibrant citrus notes, while Brazilian pink peppercorns bring a subtle floral spice.
